  • -        Location: ElMohandeseen

    -          Working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm # Friday and Saturday off

    -         Friday and Saturday off


- Experience in a technical support environment
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Windows Servers,
- Excellent knowledge with Active Directory/Exchange Server/DNS/DHCP and Group Policies
- Experience with Email Security
- Experience on network security and network management
- Experience with enterprise backup system
- Design, implementation, and support of server infrastructure, including bare-metal hardware (Cisco, HPE), storage (HPE, EMC, PURE), virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Complete documentation on implementations; SOP's, upgrades, or changes to the network infrastructure using clear Visio drawings, clear and descriptive documentation, spreadsheets, and other formats as agreed upon with management.
- Excellent understanding of IT security best practices
- Experience with Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM)
- Experience with SQL

- Understand client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
- Experience in Network and Security administration L2/3 switches
- Experience with firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet....ETC)
- Provide pre-sales support to internal sales teams and partners.
- Perform security and risk assessments based on current vulnerabilities.
- act as an engineering resource by providing product education, technical assistance, and after-sales support to clients.




Job Requirements


 

- Bachelor’s degree graduate.

- Ex 2-5 Years 

- Capabilities (Design, implement, manage) network

- Ability to design RFP

- Experience in gulf market 

- Experiences with MNCs 

- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
