- Manage and maintain CEO's agenda.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Complete CEO clerk tasks ,proposals and presentations
- Over look CEO delegated tasks to directors and personnel
- Attend professional and personal meetings on behalf of CEO
- Booking and arranging travel, visa requirements, transport and accommodation
Long working hours
Managing affairs accros 2 countries
- FLUENT spoken and written English and Arabic is a MUST
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable (AUC / GUC / BUE)
- 5-7 years experience.
- Public relations aware.
- Social media aware
- Technology user
- Females only
- Egyptian Or Foreign national
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Smart, active and strong personality
- Good looking, highly presentable.
