Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CEO's agenda.

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.

  • Complete CEO clerk tasks ,proposals and presentations

  • Over look CEO  delegated tasks to directors and personnel

  • Attend professional and personal meetings on behalf of CEO

  • Booking and arranging travel, visa requirements, transport and accommodation

Must Have

  • FLUENT spoken and written English and Arabic is a MUST

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable (AUC / GUC / BUE)

  • 5-7 years experience.

  • Public relations aware.

  • Social media aware

  • Technology user

  • Females only

  • Egyptian Or Foreign national

  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Smart, active and strong personality

  • Good looking, highly presentable.
